Who we are

We are an independent, informational publisher. We are not DicePalace, we are not owned by DicePalace and we have no shareholding, board seat or editorial arrangement with the operator or its group. We take no deposits, we hold no player funds and we accept no bets. Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble, and nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice.

The purpose of the site is narrow and, we hope, useful: to describe one offshore casino accurately enough that an adult reader can decide for themselves whether to have anything to do with it. That means the marketing headline and the qualifier arrive in the same sentence. A 300% welcome package sounds generous; it comes with a 35x wagering requirement and a £5 maximum bet while wagering, and it comes from a brand that launched in 2026 with no long payout record behind it.

The single fact that shapes every page here is this: DicePalace does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence. Under the Gambling Act 2005, offering remote gambling to customers in Great Britain without that licence is a criminal offence committed by the operator, not by the player. A British adult who plays offshore is not breaking the law. What they lose is the protection: affordability and financial-risk checks, the £5 online-slot stake cap (£2 for 18–24s), the credit-card ban, independent dispute resolution, UK fund-segregation standards and GAMSTOP coverage. Our methodology

The score is a weighted average of five components, each marked out of 10. The weights are fixed before any operator is assessed, so that the same yardstick applies whatever the brand. Safety and licensing carries the largest weight because it is the component a player cannot fix for themselves afterwards.

The missing UKGC licence is the single biggest deduction. On its game library and payment range alone, DicePalace would sit comfortably in the sevens. Twenty-five per cent of the score sitting at 4.5 is what pulls it down to 6.5, and no amount of catalogue size or cashback compensates for it, because the safeguards a UKGC licence brings are precisely the ones a player has no way of arranging privately.

A few things we deliberately do not score: the size of the headline percentage on its own, the look of the lobby, or how quickly a chat agent types a greeting. We also do not run a "best RTP" ranking of our own invention. The only return figure we quote is the operator's own headline of up to 96.31%, and we label it as theirs.

Independence & affiliation

What that commission does not do is move a score.
